Quality Assurance
The quality is taken as the chief consideration in Shenying Technology International Co., Ltd. We deeply understand that stable quality is footstone of speeding up your project and maintaining long-term fellowship. Only first-class mills are in our supplier’s circle.
The whole order period is strictly controlled as prior plan with clients. Many kinds of documents are sent to buyers in process of each stage, which is in the condition of easy traceability.
Manufacturer qualification
All manufacturers in our globe supply chain are from state-of-the-art rolling mills in China, certified to ISO9001. At the same time, different certificates are also issued as customer requirement, such as CE Certificate, API Certificate, BV/ABS/GL Type certificate, etc.
Technical agreement
Starting with a technical agreement with clients, technical assistance is offered at the start of order period. Standard, Grade, Size, Quantity, Class, Test, Bundle, Surface, Marking and delivery are exactly indicated in Agreement as the basement of production.
Production Procedure Report
After the order placed, this report issued immediately schedules each stage from raw material procurement, production, test, package, delivery, sailing period and arrival time. It indicates estimated step of whole order’s period.
Weekly Status Report
Each week, a Status report is regularly sent to the clients of indicating actual progress.
Mill Test Certificate (MTC) EN10204 3.1
Base on EN10204 3.1 SPEC, MTC is submitted to clients after the production. Each item including material, size, Heat/Lot NO, metallurgical quality and test process is indicated. Different stages of production can be traced from its exclusive number.
Mill Test Certificate (MTC) EN10204 3.2
According to Standard or Customers requirement, MTC is submitted as EN10204 3.2 SPEC, which includes Third Party surveyor signature and stamp.
Third Party Test Report/ Test Certificate
According to Standard or Customers requirement, Inspection report is issued by Third Party, including SGS, BV, GL, LRS, ABS, etc. Test results are elaborately recorded and reflected into certificates by surveyor.
Other test Reports as Customers specified.
As Customers required, we also issue many others unique reports, such as Hydraulic test report, eddy current test report, Dimension test report, etc.
